We are active in Singapore property business since 2008.
As a Singapore property consultant, we have knowledge and networks not only in properties field (residential, commercial and industrial), but also in financing/bank loan, legal and insurance fields. Our knowledge, network and experiences are used for the benefits of our clients, especially the non-residents foreigners who are not familiar with the Singapore property market.
Some of our experience / past cases for example:
* In year 2010, a client owned a HDB flat and wanted to buy a condo. According to the rule, if he buys a condo, he has to sell away his HDB flat. Then how to make it happen ? As a property consultant, we had a solution and made it happen for him successfully, and the way of doing it is still a legal way.
* We assisted a foreigner client in oversea, liaised with his country’s embassy in Singapore, to process and get a divorce certificate.
* Legal matter: When it is necessary, we will advise our clients to make a will (“Surat Wasiat”) and will arrange a lawyer for them accordingly. Most of the times, our clients will appoint us as 1 of the 2 required witnesses.
